Rooms 4+5 and 6+7 have lockable connecting doors, so they can also be booked and used together.

Each guest needs the apartment number + PIN for access, the PIN for the key safe is only given to the booker at least 1 day before arrival

We are not a hotel or guesthouse, so we do not have a reception. But if help is needed, you are welcome to visit our office, which is located in the basement of the house Rodensteinstr.41.

House rules & terms and conditions: If a guest violates the house rules, the landlord can unilaterally terminate the contract and the guest has to leave the apartment immediately without being entitled to a refund.

Public transport on Wilhelmstraße (B2/100m) and Heerstraße (B5/400m) can be reached on foot in just a few minutes (Heerstraße with night bus).
